Ron is a geologist with over 30 years experience in the mineral exploration industry.  He worked for BHP Minerals for much of this period and held many senior technical and management positions.  In the last decade he has been involved in the junior mining sector being a former director of Marengo Mining Limited and Buxton Resources Limited.

He has conducted exploration for a range of commodities throughout Australia, North America and Papua New Guinea.  He has extensive experience in Archaean and Proterozoic minerals systems and has been involved in the discovery of gold, copper, magnetite and manganese in Australia.
