Ann Russell-Cook joined the Chubb Group of Insurance Companies in September 2005 as the Regional PRI Underwriter for the Asia Pacific Zone, including Japan. 

 

Her background as an Economist has been invaluable in focussing on providing PRI to support trade and investment in developing country infrastructure, mining and manufacturing sectors globally over the last 15 years.   As a Political Risk underwriter in the Australasia, South East Asia and Greater China region Ann previously worked for the Australian Government Export Finance and Insurance Corporation (EFIC) and the American International Group (AIG).

 

Ann holds two degrees in Asian Studies and Economics and is a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and the Australian Institute of Banking and Finance.

 

Ann has spoken about Political Risk Insurance at many international forums, as well as various University MBA programs both in Australia and Singapore.
